It's hard to think of cats, much less kids in such horrible conditions. It was a really bad place.

While searching Pet-Abuse.com's database for this Texas house, I found a recent case local to me. Last year BSM suggested I stop driving to shelters I was use to supporting and find one on our side of town. The only one I could find had a website that was so over the top it gave me the creeps so I've continued to make the drive. Turns out this place was just a cover for a collector. She was shut down a few weeks ago. I don't think I'm going to worry about spending a little extra gas money again.
