Amen on the features. I found one by Curvation that fits the bill on no underwire and no strap slip.

I was fitted during a dress alteration years ago for a wedding I was in (Bride's Maid) because we needed a strapless half bra to go under the dress. The fitting numbers no longer count.

I have measured myself with a tape measure to get in the ballpark before I try on to save time if I've gained/lost weight.
