I finally got fitted a couple of years ago since I am petite, definitely where gravity has done its thing, and always having straps slip because I am narrow-shouldered. I finally found one that I like - it's a new style by Bali that has has some sort of layer of material on the underside of the strap that keeps them from slipping - and it works. When I finally got them and tried them out, I really liked them so I bought a couple more. It seems like every time I find one I like, they will stop making them.
