My former sister-in-law had to have hers custom made for several years - by the same woman who made bras for Morgana the kissing bandit, who use to run out on baseball fields and attack the players. And a girlfriend whose m-i-l works for a plastic surgeon, had a custom fitting done by a company that specializes in fitting adult entertainment performers who had extreme implants - even that company couldn't fit her, and she's all natural!
