Below is a link to the Wiki page on tangelos. They've been around for 3500 years... so not exactly new.

I'll try almost any kind of orange or apple. I'm with Tessie in that clemintines are probably my favorites in the citrus family. Blood oranges are good, too.

I like almost any kind of fruit, I am spoiled tho. Growing up in Northern California with family a few hours away having a great variety of fruit trees, we always had a lot of tree ripened fruit. Also a father who drove a sightseeing bus (he always had a local fruit stand as a stop for the tourists) and brought home fresh fruit and veggies.
