Definitely scary and I think you're right about the woman saving her. From the video and my natural assumptions, thought it would be a young woman. Later, they briefly showed her on tv and I'd guess her around fifty, of average size. So, not a matter of grabbing a cute young thing nor an elderly woman who couldn't struggle. The quickness and unexpectedness of the whole thing was amazing.
