Has anyone ever done any yoga?
I've done six weekly sessions and feel awful the whole rest of the day after one. The other women I've asked all say they feel energized afterwards. Suspect I'm just terribly out of shape but the instructor couldn't explain it and said I was doing well. (Yeah, sure!) I can't decide whether to drop it or go to my doc and see if there's something else going on although I feel fine every other day.
