I know this isn't exactly what you have in mind, but I'd like to share a little bit about my cat, Ray.

Ray was born blind and he has also been diagnosed with OCD. One of the things he does as part of his OCD is go around in circles, sometimes fast enough so that he has to lay down. I use a clicker to break this cycle.......he stops circling and immediately comes to me for attention. The clicker also works if Ray is picking on and chasing the girls here.
