Well, I have my first pair of bifocals (progressive). The pricetag shocked me. I used my own frames to save $200ish for a new pair of frames, and still paid $400ish for the lenses. Is this way out of bounds in price, or is it what I can expect with future glasses? (I do not have vision insurance).
