Hi there,
Boris is a handsome dude but there is no way to tell if he is Russian Blue or not. Unfortunately without a pedigree of registered cats, a cat without papers could be anything.
While breeds have some personality characterists, they can all fool us. That's what make them cats -- not dogs 
You may want to visit a cat show to see if Russian Blues on the bench are a similar color and body type.
