It sounds like you may be a new breeder. Have you bought your cats from a reputable breeder who will also mentor you -- at least to some extent. Have you studied up and tested for diseases that Maine Coons are known for including cardiac and hip problems.
Nursing bottles and kits are probably available at revival.com, kvvetsupply.com, and fostersandsmith.com. They are sometimes available through vendors at cat shows too.
Stud pants are usually available at cat shows. Ask vendors. Ask other Maine Coon people. Some people use baby diapers and cut a hole for the tail.
As far as genetics, have you checked out Robinson's "Genetics for Cat Breeders?" The newest edition, about two years ago, is excellent and much easier to read than the first and second editions.
The Maine Coon breeders usually work together and have several associations. They also publish a wonderful magazine.
