Thanx! I will try the new diet. What exactly is the meat & bone diet?
Also, my cat (Floyd) is still not himself and he gags quite a bit. Sometimes just a little bit of clear liquid comes out, but rarely anything. It's almost like his throat has something stuck in it. However, the x-ray did not show anything. He eats very little of his soft food (I add the lactulose and a little bit of water to this). What could be causing the gagging? Could he become dehydrated?
Fortunately he does eat a little bit, and he urinated once and had one loose stool today.
