If your cat is doing poorly on Fortikor, and seemed to be doing better before starting it, she shouldn't be on it. Putting the cat on Coenzyme Q10 and Jiao gu lan will greatly help the heart. For the lymphoma itself, stop all dry food and put the cat on a diet of canned food, or better yet, a diet of meat with some bone, along with cod liver oil. Supplement with argenine, 500mg twice a day. There is a lot more that can be done, but without more information I won't try to make any suggestions. As for surgery, blood borne cancers generally have a poor response to surgery, but you should discuss this with your vet and not rush into anything.
