Your cat's lack of appetite may well be due to kidney disease. Try to offer the cat things that would be appealing to him, such as fresh meat, raw or cooked, and try giving him raw beef kidney puree, which consists of fresh raw beef kidney pureed in a blender or food processor with an equal amount of water. This supplies the kidneys with the nutrients they need, as well as removing the autoantibodies that are damaging his own kidneys. Since his own kidneys are not working efficiently, which means recycling water within his body, add salt and more water to his food, as he is losing it in the urine. It also helps to give cod liver oil and Coenzyme Q10, and to stop any further vaccinations.
