I assume you are referring to the specific gravity of the urine, and it should read 1.021, which, for a cat, is fairly dilute, but still in the normal range. The specific gravity is a measure of the amount of material dissolved in the urine. Pure water has a specific gravity of 1.000. This shows how well the kidneys are concentrating the urine, which is one of their functions.
