Cats are territorial, and when the fifth cat moved in he wasn't happy with the situation and then neither was the other. If you move him back downstairs and the situation doesn't improve, you may have to keep those that are urinating inappropriately confined in their own separate rooms all the time and don't let them have contact with the other cats.
