The beef kidney you get from the butcher. Either cut it up or puree it with an equal amount of water in a blender or food processor and keep in ice cube trays, frozen, defrosting the cubes in the refrigerator. Do not heat, cook, or microwave the kidneys. The other supplements you can find in a health food store or from a holistic vet.
