My cat seems stress (one eyelid is half closed). If I were to get some blood work done what would they look for? What do I tell the vet? I'm sure I cannot afford "the works."

Her diet is made up of baked (hormone-free) chicken breast with a little cod liver oil, Wellness canned food and Evo dry food. She gets sardines every couple of months.

She is an indoor cat and is overdue for vaccinations.

I'm wondering if she has ingested too many carpet fibers from her cat tree/scratching post.
