I've brumate done in seasons before last and hit 60-70%. I keep mine warm though with an ambient temps at 84-85 and a hot spot of 91-93. I don't think brumation is necessary but a fluctuation in temperatures and photoperiod can't bring negative result in the end in my opinion.
