I just got some collards and 2 of the females look pretty gravid, I have 2 of them and a male in a 40 breeder on newspaper, with bricks, tile, 120f basking spots etc, other gravid female is in a 48"x12"x12" with a male set up the same.

I was going to put in a laying box with a mix of sand and dirt but what are the odds they will use it? My LTC female Uro only uses hers half the time and just dumps them other times so I am nervous being new and stressed they will do the same.

Or should i put the 2 gravid ones in a smaller, 30x12x16 or 24x18x12 alone until they lay?
