I haven't posted on here in ages. My male cb chuckwalla (Rigel) died unexpectedly last spring (he was only 10). I still have my wc female (Gracie) who is ~14 and looks to be in perfect health. I'd really like to get another cb male.

I initially got Gracie to use as an education animal, but she really hates interacting with people so I got Rigel and used him for all the educational reptile presentations since he was tolerant of handling. They shared a 100 gallon tank and there was never any conflict between them.

Do you think adding a new young chuck is going to cause friction? I saw some cb hatchlings in the classifieds and I'd really like to get Gracie a new companion. I'd also really like a more sociable chuck; Gracie is definitely not a friendly/tolerant lizard.
