Is the care requirement the same?

Basically is the cooler temp requirements the same for both the d.deppei and the d.jani ? Is there a way to differentiate the two?

Im picking them up on Sunday.
My basement runs around 70-72 so would just a heat pad set to 85 or should I heat the ambient temps too?

Thx so much I know this board is not very active like the old days.
