Requirements aren't any different, as far as I know. They actually do like to bask, as much as they need to cool down. If the terrarium is large enough, and well ventilated, maintaining an adequate heat gradiënt should be easy. By doing so, you can feed them regular sized food items once a week, without ever having any regurgitation issues.
