I bought a male and female ball python from a local pet shop. The male is 130 grams and the female is 140 grams. At the pet shop they were in the same tank. I bought both and have them together here at my home as well. They are young snakes and i noticed their tails were locked. They are well under the weight i have read about for breeding. Will breeding even be possible and if so will it be harmful for my snakes or the offspring? Do i need to separate them?
