HI,

Just wondering. The fish they use aren't square. There's no obvious reason that occurs to me why the patties they make out of fish should be square, but so many seem to be - McDonald's, Burger King, Dairy Queen, Wendy's (granted, Wendy's burgers are also square).
Anybody know why that is?

Any help will be apprecited.
