Hi everyone,
I’m hoping one of the forum admins or show coordinators can clear up a quick detail regarding the new Vendor Badge policy update posted in the announcements yesterday.
For those of us who are booked for the upcoming Midwest show dates, it mentions that secondary assistant badges must now be tied to a specific, registered business entity name rather than just being listed under the primary table holder’s personal name.
My question is: if our assistants are independent hobbyist breeders who help us transport and staff the tables but operate under their own separate small-scale aviary/kennel names, do we need to register them as an official corporate entity with the forum registry beforehand, or can we just submit their personal names along with our primary Tax ID during the check-in window?
I just want to make sure I have all the paperwork squared away before we load up the trailers and head out. Thanks in advance for the help! dordle
