Novice ADF or ACF please help

hi, im very intrested in either purchasing three adfs or acfs, and i need some guidance as to which, first, should i get a 5 or ten gallon tank and how many can fit in each comfortably, also wich kind need a filter or air pump, also it would be probably easier to breed acfs? right? and would it be ok if i put in a lighted ornament or a lighted hood, i really will provide the best home i can for these guys and im anxious to do it, as a beginner i really value your help, i like the adf's but they might be to hard for a beginner as myself please help me out
