I don't know how many replies to this inquiry you are likely to get and since I do not speak Vietnamese I decided to look around for you to see what I could find. Here are some links that may help you. If you do not find a person willing and able to actually translate for you these resources may help.

http://www.worldlingo.com/ (this is actually a paid service they will give you a quote from what I gather depends on the length of article you need translated...I guessed it would be an option if all else fails????)

I looked everywhere I could possibly think and searched through about a hundred links (fast PC, fast connection, quick reader...I do this a lot) and these were some of the best I could find for the price range (free except for the one). There are plenty of translation services out there but from appearances most of them dealt mainly with French, Spanish, German, Russian, Chinese, Italian...the "big" languages. If you are willing to pay your options open up quite a bit but my guess is that if you get a little creative you could find someone to assist you online for free.

Try listing the exact magazine, published date, article name, author, etc. Someone else may know where to find that same magazine translated (long shot) or may know someone who has it and is willing to email you a translation (not as long of a shot).

If this fails, try scanning the article(s) and emailing it to various language professors at various universities. Surely, somewhere in this nation we have a professor who wouldn't mind dishing out a little extra credit to a student and helping out a zoo at the same time (never know when the favor may be returned).

Good Luck

I hope you find what you need.
