I would imagine Sugar Pine might have smallmouth, though I am not quite sure. As far as other herps. I have seen doa oreganus and I caught a Striped Racer? I don't have a field guide, but I think that's what it was. That was in the spring on the American River, near Lake Clementine...not too far from Sugar Pine. I only went out driving twice this year and seen the rest of the snakes during fishing outtings. Next year should be fun.
