Redfoots always hatch with a large yolk sac. NEVER, under any circumstances try to remove it or mess with it.
Place it in a small bowl with a layer of damp paper towels to cushion the yolk sac and then return the hatchling to the incubator for a few days. The yolk sac will shrink up as the yolk is absorbed by the hatchling.
