Hi Andrea,

first, teh name of your lizard is Timon lepidus. It has been taken out of the genus Lacerta liek ten years ago.
You have to wait an sse. Quite likely there won´t be a problem. If the lizard however does not poop, you have to consult a vet and have a tleast a Xray done.
Substrate eating in most cases is a sign of mineral deficiency.
Since you animal is still growing, this verylikely is the reason in your case.So you should adapt your supplements and give your lizard access to bird grit or crushed sepia shell.
Also the substrate you use is not the best for thes elizards which prefer a sandy ground with self digged or artificial burrows.

Best regards

Ingo
