Some of you may recall the problems I had with a company that sold me a botched up venomoid, that soon died, after I ordered a healthy venomous snake. Well, we had court today.



The magistrate will send his findings in the mail, but during the hearing, the crook admitted he sent me a venomoid, forgetting I had ordered a venomous one; he also had his "guarantee" shoved down his throat. So the only issue is whether a three week period is a reasonable time in which to discover a mutilated snake. The crook falsely testified on a number of issues, but since they were so far from the merits of the case, there was no need to address each and every blatant lie. It's funny how many people at the company go by the same name... Odd...



With OJ, Blake and a number of others walking free theses days, the tide is in his favor, but at least I took the crook to task and hope no one else ever has the displeasure of dealing with that company.
