of my lizards, especially collared lizards. They sometimes wolf down a few also, and will throw them up. Many times it is that they ate them to fast, or too many, try giving one and see what happens.

Then later give another, space them out. Also some lizards just seem to have a harder time digesting them.
Superworms however are easier to digest than regular meal worms, they are high in chitin, that hard outer shell.

I would just cut back and try that!
