Hi Peter,
Yes it is possible to purchase Daniel Bennets' Monitor Lizard book! Tribal Reptiles sometimes offers thier used or never used stock and sometimes even signed by author books. Other excellent sources are: Amazon.com has new/never opened/used books at fair market prices based on condition of individual book; Zoo Book Sales can get books even if it isn't on their list and its' not a big deal for them to find "hard to find" or "out of print books". Calling Zoo Book Sales is the easiest way to directly tell them your needs, timeline, ectera. And East Bay Vivaruim has a large assortment of books new condition/hard to find/out of print as they buy bulk and hold onto back stock.
