i am looking into buying my first hot snake.well im not so sure if i should get one,but if i do i think i may want to get a venomoid.i currently have a 3 yr old son and i am not prepared to keep a venomous snake in the house with him.the only reason that i would keep one is because i have an obsession with eyelash vipers, popes vipers, and other colorful tree vipers.i was wondering, because of these snakes small size,is venomoid surgery an option?i have no interest in any other hotsnakes but these.i once saw a picture of another tree viper, but it was colored fire engine red and green.anyone know what species this was?are they as small as eyelash vipers? also, exactly how deadly are eyelash vipers?and if the surgery is preformed,do they still have large teeth or are their fangs kinda on the smaller side because of their small size.
