he is eating again, that's great. But as mentioned, get that boa out of sand! I prefer aspen but I have heard of a couple different choices for rosy boas. I have just always used aspen and had no problems. also, it is probably a good idea to not feed your boa in the tank. It can cause him to ingest his substrate and have further complications in the future. Get a tupperware or something w/ a secure lid to feed him in, this way he never associates the cage with food, and he will have a nice and safe meal! ROOTSROK
