I wish I had some helpful advice but this isn't something you run into every day. The frog has absorbed the chemicals through his skin and I no of nothing but time that will help beyond what you have already done. It's a sad story, but what is the saddest is "When i worked at petco this happened before". Once is an accident, when they don't learn from there mistakes then it's time to replace employees. All it takes is better labelling to keep this from happening.
