Hello,

I know I am a little late in replying to this post,but something happenend this week with my T. Albolabris I thought I would relate.



I have been keeping a pair of neonate albolabris housed together as many people do with this species. they were often coiled together on the edge of one of the elevated water bowls with no signs of aggression at all. Tuesday morning I walked over to look in the cage to see them as always coiled up next to each other, and as I am watching the male just reaches over and grabs the female by the head. both fangs were in her head and he was unable to get them out, but he appeared to be trying to release her. I had to use a small hook to pry his fangs out. I separated them and expected her to die within the hour. she died sometime friday night but showed no signs of any injury whatsoever for the 3 days afterward.

so even though many people do keep them together, weird things do occur.
