A question for experiance fat tail owners

I had a question for all of the people owning multiple fat tails. If you have a pair, or trio in a tank how do you all monitor that everyone is getting there fair share of dinner? Since they eat primarily at night, how do you know that all of them are getting some and not just one or two getting everything? Just curious. Thanks.
