My hatchlings seem to thrive even with cool low 50's nights, but they must be good and warm during the day, which is either Sun and/or ReptiSun bulb to bask under. I hibernate my adults, but keep the young of the year up all Winter. You could probably keep your little ones going fine with basking lights, but I am concerned you won't get your adult cool enough to be safe for a few months unless moved to a cooler building.
