Gold Dust Day Gecko Sick?

My gold dust day gecko has two large lumps on each side of her neck. Can anyone offer some suggestions as to what is wrong with her? She has been slow to move, not eating, and somedays barely moving. I am trying to find a reptile vet in the area but until then, any help would be much appreciated!!! Thanks!
