Carolina Reptile Exchange would be one to contact and you need to speak with Bruce or someone in his staff about that request. Don't bother contacting Dr. Sabatini from Venomoid, Inc because he does not do that. Finally, an individual by the name of Rich Richie out in the west coast is known to have tremendous experience with venomoids, but I believe is extremely hard to contact him. Also, I do not believe he is a DVM which personally I feel more confortable dealing with someone with such medical background.
