Yes yes. I know. Don't open your eggs.

BUT, the other 2 from this clutch of 3 died, and I opened the egg (carefully) today to peek inside after 200 days in the incubator.

I was, of course, suprised to find a little star tort inside. And even more suprised to see his tiny back leg move.

So now what? As you can see from the pic, there is still quite a bit of yolk left. But it's also a big hole.

Seal it? Open the shell where his head is? Leave it be? Input appreciated.
