worried about baby leopard

i have been soaking him and he opens his eyes then but after about 10 min back i nthe tank he can't open then again. His shell is a little soft on the botton and on the top. He doesn't move around much at all just stays where ever i put him down. What is wrong with him Ive only had him 2 days.
