1) if you got him from a breeder - talk to the breeder. They should be helping you out. If a petstore - then ask them if they seem to know anything.

2) Describe how you are keeping the tort. Especially temps and lighting. Hot spot - cool side - how long are the lights on during the day? If you don't know the temps - get a thermometer. Don't guess.

3) Has it eaten? What?

4) Be prepared to see a vet.
