that looks like it could be a colombian or a colombian crossed with a central american boa.

Central american boas have much more pigment, which make them appear darker overall. Many of these animals appear to be anerythristic, but are not. There may be alot of black, but part of that is all the pigment underneath it. You can make out quite a bit of color on that snake on the face. You probably can't make out that color on it's lower half (which is ALWAYS darker) which is why it was sold to you as an anerythristic.
