Posted by: bruces at Sat Mar 11 17:40:49 2006 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by bruces ] I have a 20 lb 6 year old leopard tort who has recently been not eating much, not pooping much-even before it lost its appetite, it wasn't excreting as much as it ate. I have recently been soaking him to encourage pooping, and am finding several rocks in his poop. His diet has been not the best, as he does'nt like to graze as much as he likes zuchini, red cabbage, but mostly longbeans, a local stringbean. He also eats a spineless cactus I grow. I guess the beans are bad, and I see them come out undigested. I took him to the vet, and he xrayed him, and it revealed what appeared to be more rocks, gas, and poop. that's what he said anyway. what to do? [ Hide Replies ]
