Need healthy gut flora post antibotic

My 3year cb Manouria emys phayrei named bonny is sick with "pasturella Testudinis" which effects her eyes,etc.
We injected 14 days with 23cc of Chloramphenicol Succinate.
Now the breeder tells me her gut flora might be killed off
any ideas out ther for doing this???
