My 4 year old male CB Egyptian lives outside about 6 months out of the year in this pen with 3 Hermanns. I kept him by himself when I 1st got him & felt sorry for him because he never did anything. Once he was put outside with a Hermanns, he became a totally different creature. He's a little tank & is my favorite tortoise of the 8 I keep (3 Russians, 3 Hermanns, 1 cherryhead, & 1 Egyptian).
