>>My bairdi had never had any problems in the past, but decided to stop eating. I posted on this a few weeks ago and got 1 response that told me not to worry. But I am starting to get concerned. I know it happens, but I don't know if it is time to start trying other options.
>>
>>She has not eaten since I moved her to a 20 long. She had been in the same 10 gallon since I got her as a hatchling. I have changed the aspen and made sure the temps are correct(70-82). I know snakes go off feed, but I think today was 8 weeks of refusing food. I would expect a bit of this in the fall, but it was late July/early August since she last ate.
>>
>>My question is, is it OK to try live after a snake has only eaten F/T? My biggest issue is that she has always needed seclusion to eat. She will not eat with any movement around. I know one of the issues with live is keeping an eye on them to make sure the snake is not hurt. I don't know if this will be an issue.
>>
>>I am looking for any suggestions or advice. She is one of my favorites and want to make sure she is getting all the help I can give her.

try a couple of things.
You might want to try her back in the 10 gallon tank.
She might prefer a smaller more compact home.
Then try the next best thing to live, freshly killed.
I would get a live mouse one step smaller then it was normally eating. If she was eating adult mice I would get a live hopper.
Put her in a tupperware container, whack the hopper to kill it, put it with her in the container and leave them in the dark, undisturbed over night.
If that doesn't work get back and we can go over more options.
Sorry I missed the last post.
